# 2026-06-18 - Moving to My Website!
I'm deciding to share everything on my own website from now on. There's a few reasons for this. First and foremost: I want to own the data I share. I want to be able to host it on my own corner of the internet and decide how it shows up.
I've also found that on regular social media I avoid writing posts because I have to reformat them for multiple platforms. Then I get distracted by my feed on those platforms and little writing or sharing gets done.[^1]
By moving everything here I can focus on the creation side of things, which is what I have always been most excited about. I'll mostly continue talking about 3D. Blender, Houdini, Godot, and Unreal Engine will probably make up the bulk of the posts. There may also be an occasional essay or some personal writing, we'll see.
Right now I'm wrapping up a Blender plugin I've been working on in my free time for a few months. It is a small tool for visualizing vectors and orientations, plus some fundamental quaternion nodes that snuck their way in! I'm hoping to wrap it up by next week and have version 1.0 out for free somewhere.
